To date FES have produced over 10 000 EPC certificates within the residential and commercial sectors. Our experienced staff are well placed to offer the best possible consultancy and surveying service.
From the first of October 2008 it will be mandatory that when any commercial premises is to be offered for sale or for let there should be a CEPC available to show to a prosctive tennant or purchaser.
