On Construction Energy Performance Certificates can be produced using the SAP or SBEM methodology. The certificates are needed if a property is to be sold or let, they can also be requested by Building Control.

Whether FES have completed your initial SAP/SBEM calculations, your initial SAP/SBEM assessor is not qualified to produce EPCs or calculations have not already been carried out on the development, FES are able to produce your EPCs quickly and in a cost effective fashion.
