On Construction Energy Performance Certificates can be produced using the SAP methodology. The certificates are needed if a property is to be sold or let, they can also be requested by Building Control.

Whether FES have completed your initial SAP calculations, your initial SAP assessor is not qualified to produce EPCs or SAP calculations have not already been carried out on the development, FES are able to produce your EPCs.
