SAP Calculations

At Future Energy Surveys we provide SAP calculations, alterations and consultancy. SAP calculations are required to prove Building regulations Part L compliance for all new build properties, all conversions and all extensions where the glazed area is over 25% of the floor area.

As part of our service we advise our clients as to how they can best achieve compliance in the most cost effective manner, for this reason all of our SAP calculations are site specific. Alterations are free of charge and, if required, our SAP assessors will also liaise with Building Control Officers on your behalf.

SAP Reports

Using the Standard Assessment Procedure to provide the compliance evidence to the building regulations Part L, SAP reports are produced. Future Energy Surveys are able to provide you with timely advice on the requirements of your building for SAP reports.

SAP Calcs

During the design stage of the build, SAP calcs is undertaken, bearing in mind a range of factors that effect and contribute to the energy efficiency of the property. At Future Energy Surveys, we will provide you with one of our dedicated assessors to carry out the SAP calcs of the property.
